- This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients.
- The RN will formulate a plan of care based on patient-specific needs and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
- Direct patient care, coordination, delegation, and supervision of healthcare team activities are key responsibilities.
- The role requires evaluating patient responses to care and revising care plans as needed.
- Documentation of nursing interventions and patient responses must be timely and in accordance with policy.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of Emergency Department Registered Nurse work experience within the last year and a half.
- A current, valid RN license in the state of practice is essential for this role.
- Candidates must possess BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications upon hire.
- Flexibility in scheduling is important, as the role requires self-scheduling a minimum of 2 shifts per month.
- Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
