✨ About The Role
- This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies.
- The RN will be responsible for formulating care plans that consider the physical, cultural, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs of patients.
- The role requires direct patient care, coordination, delegation, and supervision of healthcare team activities.
- The RN will evaluate patient progress towards goals and revise care plans as necessary based on patient responses and outcomes.
- Documentation of all nursing interventions and patient responses must be timely and in accordance with policy, ensuring accurate records are maintained.

- The ideal candidate will have a current, valid RN license in the state of practice and at least 12 months of Emergency Department Registered Nurse work experience within the last year and a half.
- Candidates should possess BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications upon hire, demonstrating their commitment to patient care and safety.
- A successful applicant will be flexible and willing to self-schedule a minimum of 2 shifts per month, adapting to the needs of the healthcare facility.
- Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves interacting with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- The candidate should be capable of assessing patient needs and formulating appropriate care plans based on individual circumstances.
