- The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies.
- The nurse will be responsible for formulating a plan of care that includes discharge planning and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.

⚡ Requirements

- A successful candidate will possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice and BLS certification.
- Experience in an acute care hospital setting is desired, with a minimum of one year experience as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area.
- The ideal individual will have strong assessment, planning, and evaluation skills to provide high-quality nursing care.
- Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
