✨ About The Role
- This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients.
- The RN will formulate a plan of care based on patient-specific needs and collaborate with the healthcare team.
- The role includes direct patient care and supervision of other healthcare personnel.
- Documentation of nursing interventions and patient responses must be timely and accurate.
- The RN will participate in the improvement of national nursing quality indicators and outcomes.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of Emergency Department Registered Nurse work experience within the last year and a half.
- Candidates must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a compact RN licensure.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required upon hire.
- A successful candidate will be flexible and able to self-schedule a minimum of 2 shifts per month.
- The role requires strong assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation skills in nursing care.
