✨ About The Role
- This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients.
- The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate and revise care plans based on patient needs.
- The role includes direct patient care, coordination, delegation, and supervision of healthcare team activities.
- The RN will be responsible for evaluating patient responses to care and teaching, and adjusting care plans as necessary.
- Documentation of all nursing interventions and patient responses must be timely and in accordance with policy.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse work experience within the last year and a half.
- Candidates must possess current BLS and ACLS certifications upon hire.
- A successful applicant will be flexible and willing to self-schedule a minimum of 2 shifts per month at either of the specified locations.
- The role requires strong assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation skills in nursing care.
- The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing a variety of acute and chronic conditions.
