Banner Staffing Services (BSS) offers Registry/Per Diem opportunities within Banner Health. Registry/Per Diem positions are utilized as needed within our facilities. These positions are great way to start your career with Banner Health. Schedule: PRN position, call outs/PTO/leave, Monday-Saturday, 9:00am-6:00pm.

Location: Banner Del Webb Medical Center- 14502 W. Meeker Blvd., Sun City, AZ 85375.

Duties: General Xray exams, fluoro exams, possibility of surgeries, produce high quality images, schedule management, checking orders in advance, communicate with physicians if needed.

Weekend differential: When you work a minimum of 2 hours into a shift from 7 p.m., Friday through 7 p.m., Sunday.

Night differential: When you work a minimum of 2 hours in the night shift "window" which is 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

This position performs prescribed radiographic procedures in accordance with department/facility policies, procedures and protocols. This position ensures optimal care/treatment to patient population. Core functions include performing radiographic procedures and analysis, educating patients/families, producing high quality images, demonstrating competence in performing prescribed invasive/interventional procedures, performing and evaluating equipment quality control measurements, and maintaining a safe environment for patients, personnel, and visitors.

Minimum qualifications include a certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited school of Radiology program, national certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, licensure by the state regulatory agency if applicable, BLS certification, and clinical knowledge typically achieved with 1 year of experience. Preferred qualifications include additional related education and/or experience.
