✨ About The Role
- The Preop and PACU RN will be responsible for planning, directing, organizing, coordinating, and implementing nursing care for pre-op and post-surgical patients.
- The role involves monitoring patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration, as well as managing pain and nausea post-anesthesia.
- The position requires working full-time with 4/10 hour shifts from 8:30 AM to 7 PM, with on-call shifts as needed.
- The RN will assess patient needs and formulate a comprehensive plan of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Documentation of nursing care and patient responses must be accurate, timely, and in accordance with organizational policies.
