✨ About The Role
- The Pre-Op PACU RN will be responsible for planning, directing, organizing, coordinating, and implementing nursing care services for pre-op and post-surgical patients.
- This position involves monitoring patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration, as well as managing post-anesthesia pain and nausea.
- The role requires the formulation of individualized care plans based on comprehensive patient assessments and collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- The RN will document all aspects of patient care, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice.
- The position may involve supervising other nursing staff and ensuring continuity of care through effective communication with the healthcare team.

- Candidates must have recent experience in Emergency Department (ED), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), or Perianesthesia to be considered for this role.
