- This position involves administering physical therapy treatment under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- The role requires implementing individualized treatment plans that consider the patient's specific needs.
- Documentation of patient progress and treatment effectiveness is a key responsibility of this position.
- The Physical Therapy Assistant will communicate with the supervising Physical Therapist regarding any significant changes in patient conditions.
- Participation in discharge planning and ongoing education for patients and their families is expected.

- The ideal candidate will have graduated from a Physical Therapy Assistant program accredited by APTA or an equivalent program.
- A current Physical Therapy Assistant license from the state of practice is required for this position.
- Candidates should possess BLS certification and demonstrate clinical competency in physical therapy practices.
- Experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply and will receive mentoring.
- The successful applicant will be adaptable and willing to assist in various patient care areas as needed.
