- The Director, RN will provide strategic leadership in patient care, education, safety, and quality in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing practice standards - Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of clinical operations, clinician and patient/family education, customer service, patient safety, financial outcomes, and quality outcome management - The role involves developing and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders to positively impact business, nursing, and patient care outcomes - Leading the integration of innovation and evidence-based findings into practice, the Director will ensure a measurable, outcome-focused approach to care delivery - Responsible for the function and strategic development of a clinical department within the facility, coordinating services with other leaders and administrators to achieve goals

- Experienced nurse leader with a strong background in healthcare administration and clinical care management - Skilled in leading and managing strategic clinical operations with a focus on quality outcomes - Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to lead change and drive innovation - Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities to ensure effective team performance - Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field required
