- The ideal candidate is a nursing student who is within one year of graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- A successful candidate will have current BLS certification and the ability to pass Nursing State Boards within the specified timeframe after graduation.

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for analyzing complex data and reporting patient status.
- The candidate must be able to work a minimum of 12 hours a month and not exceed 20 hours per week.
