- The ideal candidate is a recent or upcoming graduate from an accredited nursing program, preferably with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). - Candidates should possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or be able to obtain it before their start date. - Successful applicants will have no more than 12 months of RN experience, making this position suitable for entry-level nurses. - A strong commitment to patient care and a desire to develop nursing skills in a collaborative environment are essential. - The candidate should be open to working varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as part of their nursing role.
