✨ About The Role
- This position is part of the New Graduate RN Residency Program, which is designed to help new nurses transition into fully competent professionals.
- The program includes clinical experiences with preceptors, training in a state-of-the-art simulation center, and hands-on patient care skills labs.
- New graduates will be expected to work three 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, as part of their commitment to the nursing team.
- Successful candidates will be placed in specific units where they will receive mentorship from experienced staff and educators.
- The expectation is to remain in the assigned unit for at least 12 months to gain comprehensive training and experience.

- The ideal candidate is a recent or upcoming graduate from an accredited nursing program, demonstrating a commitment to patient care and professional development.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, although an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) may be accepted at select locations.
- Candidates should possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or be able to obtain it before their start date.
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred, indicating a foundational understanding of the healthcare environment.
- Successful applicants will be eager to learn and grow within a collaborative nursing team, showing adaptability and a willingness to engage in ongoing training and mentorship.
