- The ideal candidate will possess a Medical Doctorate or Doctor of Osteopathy degree along with appropriate board certification or qualifications.
- Candidates should have experience in hospital medicine, emergency services, or critical care to enhance transfer operations.
- A strong background in quality improvement and patient safety is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate must be eligible for or hold a current state medical license and be a member in good standing of the Medical Staff.
- Experience with organized medical staff and managed care organizations is preferred.
