- The ideal candidate will have a Medical Doctorate or Doctor of Osteopathy degree and appropriate board certification.
- Experience in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine (Hospitalist), or as an Intensivist provider is preferred.
- Strong leadership experience, such as serving as a Lead Hospitalist, Chief of Staff, or Medical Director, is essential.
- The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Proven experience in conflict resolution and conducting crucial conversations is necessary for this role.
- The successful candidate will have a track record of collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including nurses, pharmacists, and therapists.
- Familiarity with leveraging data to identify performance improvement opportunities is crucial for success in this position.
