- The position involves responding to emergency calls, Rapid Responses, and Code Blue situations as part of the ICU SWAT team.
- The RN will serve as a clinical expert, assisting with higher-level care evaluations and transport.
- The job includes providing direct patient care and coordinating the activities of the healthcare team.
- The RN will be responsible for formulating and revising care plans based on patient assessments and evaluations.
- Documentation of nursing care and patient responses must be timely and in accordance with organizational policies.

- The ideal candidate will possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice and BLS certification.
- Experience in an ICU setting is essential, with a minimum of 12 months ICU experience preferred for the sign-on incentive.
- The candidate should be able to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care effectively.
- Strong communication skills are necessary to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- The role requires the ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends, demonstrating flexibility in scheduling.
