Banner Staffing Services (BSS) offers Registry/Per Diem opportunities within Banner Health. Registry/Per Diem positions are utilized as needed within our facilities. When working per Diem you must work at least 2 shifts a month.

Banner Staffing Employees can pick up 8, 10, or 13 week commitments at a wide variety of Banner facilities in the following states: Wyoming, Nevada, Nebraska, California, Arizona, and Colorado. Registry/Per Diem positions do not have guaranteed hours and no medical benefits package is offered. Must have current certification as a Dialysis Technician (Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician - CCHT). Completion of post-offer Occupational Health physical assessment, drug screen and background check (includes: employment, criminal and education) are required. Currently we have the following schedule available: 4AM - 4:30PM.
Position Summary: This position is responsible for initiating, monitoring and terminating dialysis treatments, ensuring the process proceeds smoothly and notifying the RN of any abnormalities. This position is also responsible for ensuring the dialysis equipment is functioning properly.
Core Functions:
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge. Completion of approved dialysis training program or one year experience in nephrology patient care and current active participation in an ESRD facility. Current certification as a Dialysis Technician or ability to obtain in accordance with ESRD regulatory requirements. Current BLS certification. Must possess a working knowledge of medical terminology. Requires effective interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
