✨ About The Role
- This position involves answering calls for various Banner facilities, including those from patients, family members, and vendors.
- The Communication Representative will coordinate and process all codes, emergencies, and responses for several facilities.
- The role requires understanding and utilizing emergency backup equipment and procedures to maintain communication during failures.
- The job entails accurately processing a high volume of incoming, outgoing, and interdepartmental calls.
- The shift for this position is full-time, from 11pm to 7:30am, with rotating weekends and holidays required.

- The ideal candidate should have previous experience handling high volume calls, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- A background as a Switchboard Operator, Front Desk Receptionist, or Scheduler is highly preferred.
- Experience working overnight shifts is beneficial for this role.
- Strong customer service skills are essential, as the position involves interacting with patients and their families.
- The candidate should be able to efficiently process and respond to calls and emergencies in a professional manner.
