✨ About The Role

- The Carotid Artery Stenting/TCAR RN Navigator will partner with physicians to build a successful TCAR/Carotid Artery Stent program.
	- The position involves assisting with informed decision-making and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
	- The RN Navigator will coordinate disease care and make appropriate referrals in collaboration with healthcare providers.
	- The role includes ensuring patients and families understand the diagnostic processes and care strategies.
	- The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with potential physician calls outside of working hours.
                            

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a background in nursing with experience in neurology preferred.
	- Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with physicians and department leaders.
	- The candidate should be capable of providing comprehensive care coordination and support to patients and families.
	- Experience in assessing patient care plans and optimizing patient outcomes is crucial.
