	- The job includes utilizing a self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage.

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of experience as a Behavioral Health RN.
	- A passion for working with both children and adults dealing with mental health and chemical dependence issues is essential.
	- Strong assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation skills in nursing care are required.
	- The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, recovery-focused environment.
	- Excellent communication skills are necessary for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
