✨ About The Role
- Perform a variety of duties as a Licensed Practical Nurse, including taking vital signs, administering medication, and observing patients for changes in health
- Collaborate with RN Unit Managers and Physicians to report any concerns or changes in patient status
- Provide patient care, listen to patient concerns, and prepare patients for procedures as ordered by physicians
- Mentor and work with CNA's or NA's to ensure optimal care for patients
- Graduation from an accredited school of licensed practical nursing and maintaining good standing with all licensure requirements

- Experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse with a focus on providing optimal patient care and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals
- Strong communication skills to listen to patients, address their concerns, and report any changes in their health status
- Proficiency in basic nursing tasks, medication administration, and patient preparation for procedures
- Comfortable working with electronic medical records and documentation systems
