Accounting Intern

The Accounting Intern role will provide support with monthly close efforts, financial reporting and analysis. The role will participate in audits and reviews and offer support with process improvement projects.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting monthly close and account reconciliation processes.
• Assisting with financial reporting and analysis.
• Participating in audits and compliance reviews
• Contributing to process improvement projects.
• Gaining exposure to systems like Excel, ERP software, and more.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
• College Student pursuing a degree
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Excel and a willingness to learn new systems
• Ability to work full-time during the internship period

Physical Requirements:

Standard Office Environment.

• More than 50% of the time:
• Sit, stand, walk.
• Repetitive movement of hands, arms and legs.
• See, speak and hear to be able to communicate with patients.
• Less than 50% of the time:
• Stoop, kneel or crawl.
• Climb and balance.
• Carry and lift 10--20 pounds.
