Job Description

We are currently sourcing for a Medical Assistant to join our team in Dallas for a temporary Medical Assistant for about 3 months. This is for an infertility office.

Hours:

Monday-Thursday 8a-5p & Friday 8a-3p

Scrub Color:

Qualifications:

Must have experience with both back and front office duties!

Responsibilities:

Phone triage to access patient needs when scheduling appointments and tests.
Order lab tests and/or perform phlebotomy.
Check vitals.
Injections/blood draws.
Clean and stock exam rooms.
Review patient medical records for accuracy and completeness.
Refill prescriptions.
Assist physician with in-office procedures such as ultrasounds etc.
Surgery Scheduling.
Autoclave
Completing blood requisitions.
Spinning blood.
Maintain and promote HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
Other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements:

Certified Medical Assistant preferred, not required.
Must have a high school diploma or a GED.
Must have a minimum of 1-2 years recent on the job experience.
COVID vaccine preferred, not required.
