Director of Recruiting, Healthcare/Travel Nurse Staffing - Remote

2+ years healthcare staffing leadership experienced required

What You Will Do

Partner with executive leadership to best suite business needs
Demonstrate proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.
Meetings on Teams with internal team members (video) and external (clients)
Interview Recruiters to add to the team (hire, lead, develop, and manages a high-volume team)
Escalate situations to the VP or accordingly that cannot be resolved
Aid in training development with VP of Performance management
Participate/lead team meetings each day of the week on teams
Performance reviews with team monthly
Performance improvement plans—constructive coaching
Evaluate recruiters’ performance

What You Need

Excellent written and verbal communication skills/delivery
Commitment to company policies, ethics, values, and vision
Cross function support
Flexibility to adapt, positive attitude towards changes with a constructive & creative approach to problem solving
Organized, detail oriented & ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Identify and implement project-based support to increase business recruiting success
Report back to executive leadership in weekly meetings/throughout the week
