- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and changes in health status.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Perform medical procedures such as wound care, specimen collection processing, and medication administration.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Utilize medical imaging technology and assist with esthetic laser treatments as required.
- Provide support in family planning services and neonatal ventilator care.
- Assist with the management of durable medical equipment (DME) for patient care. Skills: - Valid nursing license and registration in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
- Proficient in conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of coding practices for accurate documentation and billing purposes.
- Familiarity with infection control guidelines and practices.
